The information
This site consolidates public government data in good faith, with sources shown on every page. Mining is a moving industry: statuses, operators and projects change between dataset releases. The register is provided as general information — not investment, legal or operational advice — and we make no warranty that any record is current or complete. Verify against primary sources before acting on anything here.
Reuse
Underlying government data remains subject to its own Creative Commons licences (see data & sources). Our consolidation, page copy and structure are © Mines & Quarries; short excerpts with a link are welcome, bulk reproduction is not. For data licensing, talk to us.
Submissions
By submitting a form you confirm the information is yours to share. Records-program materials are governed by the written agreement signed before anything is used — nothing is published from a form submission alone.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on the register. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
