Short version: we collect what you type into our forms, use it only for the purpose you sent it, and never sell it.
What we collect
Browsing this site requires no account and no personal information. Our two forms — the records program and supplier listings — collect what you enter: name, email, and your message. A spam-trap field collects nothing from humans.
How it's used
Form submissions are delivered to us as email and used solely to respond to you and to progress the matter you raised (a records conversation, a listing review, a correction). Records-program materials are only ever digitised, published or shared under a signed written agreement with you.
Storage and disclosure
Submissions transit our email delivery provider and are stored in our mailbox. We do not sell or rent personal information. We disclose it only if the law requires.
Your rights
We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)). To access, correct or delete anything you've sent us, use the contact form and we'll act on it promptly.
